Oral-B Professional Precision 5000 Electric Toothbrush

I have always been a person who really cared about oral healthcare. I go to the dentist every six months, floss and brush twice a day and use mouthwash countless times a day. I have always used a regular manual toothbrush never having really thought about switching to an electric toothbrush. Both of my son's use an electric toothbrush so I am not really sure why I haven't switched. The time has officially come however, I have switched to an electric toothbrush. I was given the opportunity to test the Oral-B Professional Precision 5000 electric toothbrush and I am hooked. I have been using it for three weeks now and will not be going back to my old toothbrush.

I mentioned above that I am pretty good with oral healthcare but I can't say I do everything right. One thing my dentist is always scolding me for is brushing my teeth too hard. I always felt like the harder I brushed the cleaner my teeth were getting. This turned out to not be true. This is one reason I love this new electriv toothbrush from Oral-B. There is actually an icon that pops up if you are brushing too hard. I also love the ico that shows you what area of your mouth to brush. It is called the quadrant circle and flashes to show you where you should be brushing. As you brush each of your mouth's quadrants you get a star, ending with four stars. This feature was very fun for me. It almost felt like I was playing a game.

There are so many amazing features of this toothbursh. Here are just a few that I loved:

I really love this toothbrush. I just can not believe that a toothbrush can be as smart as this one. I always thought I had a great brushing routine but after using this toothbrush for three weeks I have seen an improvement in my brushing routine as well as in the look and cleanliness of my teeth.

Pinypon Party Review

Chris Mann Roads Review

When I was picked to do the album review I wasn't too sure who Chris Mann was or even what his music was like. I knew he had been on The Voice and I remember enjoying his singing on the show but was not sure what his new album "Roads" would be like. The first time I put the CD on my husband and four year old were in the room. After listening to a few songs my husband commented how the music reminded him of Josh Groban and how much he was enjoying it. To me this meant Chris Mann is really pretty good. My husband never comments on music unless to complain about it. My favorite was my four year old though. He loved this CD. He must have played and replayed the song Roads about ten times. By the fifth time he was singing the song and dancing around the room. I really enjoyed the music as well and it has since become a staple in the car when I drive my children to school every morning.

Roads has many different kinds of songs, ranging from Willie Nelson’s “Always on My Mind” and Lady Antebellum’s “Need You Now” to Damien Rice’s “The Blowers’ Daughter.” This song was sung with Christina Aguiilera and is beautiful. Mann co-wrote two songs, “Cuore,” and the contemporary ballad “Falling.”

My family and I tried the Brussel Sprouts with sea salt and cracked pepper. These were delicious! I was so surprised that they did not come out soggy but actually tasted so fresh. Get UNREAL

I will be the first to admit that I love candy but I know how bad it is for me. I was so excited when I first heard about UNREAL candy and The UNREAL Mission. The belief of the UNREAL Mission is that all junk food can be made differently. It can be made with better ingredients, without the junk, with great taste, and at the same price. Basically they want to "Unjunk the world." You are probably wondering how did UNREAL make candy unjunked. They replaced all of the junk with good stuff. I was given the opportunity to host a party to tell people about The UNREAL Mission. I was excited to do this and even more excited that the weekend fell on my Dad's birthday. Everyone who came was excited to learn about UNREAL and many even said that they had seen this candy in stores but had no idea what it was. During the party I explained to everyone about the UNREAL Mission and all of the ways this candy had been Unjunked. Then I let my guests try the candy. It sure was a hit! I can say by far the favorite was th UNREAL 77. These are basically a peanut butter cup candy and were delicious. The peanut butter was so smooth and creamy, it just melted in our mouths. There were several kids at the party and they loved the UNREAL 41. These are candy coated chocolate pieces that remind me of M&M's. When I first opened them I was unsure what the kids would think. Since there are no artificial colors used the color of the candy is not as bright as one may be used to. To my surprise not one child mentioned the color. They went right to devouring them and loved them. I also enjoyed these candies and was amazed at how smooth the chocolate was.

Gutzy Gear is the newest craze in back to school fashion. It is an awesome way for children to express themselves by customizing their backpacks, messenger bag and more with cool removable patches. All they have to do is pick out the Gutzies they like and attach them to their Gutzy strap. There are about 56 Gutzies you can pick from to customize your bag. You can even trade them with your friends!

I had the opportunity to host a Gutzy Gear party thanks to Gutzy Gear and Mommy Parties. I was sent 15 Gutzy starter sets which included 2 straps and 1 Gutzy. I also got 16 Gutzy patch sets and each one has two Gutzies. My son was so excited about them he immediately wanted to put the strap on his new Spiderman backpack. Gutzy Gear is a new trend that I see being around for a very long time. All the kids at the party loved them and were excited to go get more patches. My First Crayola

We love Crayola products in my house. My four year old is constantly coloring, painting and making projects. My 18 month old really likes to join in the fun but inevitably he makes a mess. The first thing my son decided to try were the Washable crayons, stampers, and markers.

I loved that these products were just the right size and shape for my toddler's hands. He did not have a problem gripping them and using them. I know he loved that they looked like animals and kept roaring like a lion the whole time he was coloring with the lion markers. During this particular art session there was no coloring on the walls but if there had been I would have been at ease since all of these products are washable.

The next product we decided to try was the Mess Free Marker and Paper. These markers only show up on the special Crayola Mess Free paper. The markers and paints instantly show up on the paper but not on the skin, clothes or even on my table. The Mess Free Markers and Paper are recommended for 12 months and up.

Again my son was very excited that the marker was an animal.

They were very easy to hold and easy to erase.

As a parent I am always worried about what products in my house may have been recalled. I always have a hard time finding information about recalls though. I can't even tell you how many times I have decided to look online at products that have been recalled and found some that I had in my house and were using. MAM Smile Baby, Smile Party and Child's Play Party

I was so excited when I got the email that I was accepted to host a MAM oral care party through Child's Play Party. This was going to be my first party and I was blown away by what was in my party pack when it came.

The party pack contained for all of my guests MAM Baby Massaging Brush, MAM Oral Care Rabbit, and MAM Baby Learn to Brush Set. There was also oral hygiene booklets and coupons for my guests. There was also a host gift for myself filled with amazing MAM products. I couldn't believe that they had even given me prizes for the games we were going to play.

The MAM Oral Care Rabbit is a dental cloth that makes dental hygiene very easy. All you have to do is slip your finger into one of the ears- this makes it easier to reach and clean each part of your baby's mouth. The soft microfibers clean and gently massage the gums.

Saline Ambassador

Kiss Nail Dress

I am someone who loves to make a statement with my nails. I am known to always have a different color painted on and some of my colors can be pretty bright. I do also have an issue with nail polish at times though. The polish never lasts more than a few days and often chips hours after having them done. Influenster Love VoxBox

I recently joined Influenster and I already got picked for my first VoxBox. This one is called the Love VoxBox and it was amazing. There were five products and I loved them all. In the box was a Gillette Venus & Olay Razor, Kiss nail dress, Stash Tea Herbal tea sampler, Ghiradelli Gourmet Milk Creamy Devotion and Truvia Natural Sweetener. February Cravebox

The February Cravebox was called the Make-A-Date Cravebox. Now I am not really sure how all of the products in this month's box went with that theme but I didn't care because I love the products I got.
The box started with two think Thin bars. These were perfect for me since I have been on a diet since January. Any nutrition bar is a friend of mine right now. They sent to flavors. One was a creamy peanut butter bar and the other one was a chocolate nut bar. I love peanut butter so this bar was perfect for me. The second item in the box was EBoost. This was probably my least favorite product just because I am not really one to drink these vitamin energy booster supplements. My husband loves them however and said these tasted pretty good. One of my favorite products in the box were the two Amore Pacific product. We were sent a face wash as well as a face spritzer. I love them both! Even though they are pretty expensive products I love how my skin feels after using them and may have to buy more in the future. This is a product I had never heard of and if it weren't for Cravebox I probably never would have tried it. The fourth product was the Downy Wrinkle Releaser. I love this product. I brought it to work with me and within four days it was gone. Everyone in my office was trying it and were amazed at how well it took the wrinkles out of our clothes. Last but not least was my favorite item in the box. There were six BiC Mark-it permanent markers. As a teacher little things like markers make me happy. I also brought these to school and gave one to a few fellow teachers. Everyone loves them. They are great markers and I loved the Valentine's Day colors they sent me.

Cravebox is still in the Beta phase but I think it is here to stay. I love that for $10 a month I get a box filled with awesome full sized products. Cravebox is offered through She Speaks and would be worth your time to check it out. There is currently a wait list to be a part of Cravebox but it has been such a wonderful experience and I would say would be worth the wait.

Old Navy Style Council

So as many of you already know I am a member of Crowdtap. Through Crowdtap I was picked to be part of the Old Navy Style Council. This has been such an amazing group to be a part of. I have had the opportunity to try and share with friends two different pairs of activewear pants, jeans and most recently T-shirts and tanks. I have always been a fan of Old Navy clothes but I was thrilled to hear they had changed the fabric for the T-shirts and tank tops. After I heard this I was not sure what to expect but when I got to the store I was pleasantly surprised. The fabric that Old Navy had changed to was so soft. I also was excited to see that the fit seemed a little bit better. In the past many of my tanks from Old Navy had a boxy shape to them and although I really liked them they were not the most flattering. The new shirts really are a better style and feel. If you have not joined Crowdtap yet you really should so you can start sampling and sharing Old Navy clothes!

Sweeter than Birdsong

Sweeter than Birdsong is a new novel that combines hope and faith to create a fantastic historical fiction read. Sweeter than Birdsong is the second book in The Saddler's Legacy by Rosslyn Elliot. This is the first book I have read by Rosslyn Elliot but I was so pleased with it I am planning to go back and read Fairer than Morning, the first book in this series.

This book really focuses around two main characters Kate Winter and Ben Hanby. Kate is a very shy yet beautiful college student. She is the first woman to graduate from Otterbein College and she has many dreams to persue. Mainly she wants to be able to escape from her family's secrets and her overbearing mother. Ben Hanby is a musical genius at Otterbein College and the director of the musical. When he hears Kate sing he is mesmerized by her voice, beauty and shyness. Ben is interested in getting to know her but know he must keep some of his secrets to himself as well. Mainly his work with The Underground Railroad no one can know about.

In the book Ben and Kate are brought together by a terrible tragedy. This accident threatens to expose both of their secrets as well as ruin their dreams. Throughout the book they develop a relationship that grows in trust and strength from God.

The was a beautifully written Civil War novel. In the past I have not been one who has really enjoyed Historical Fiction books. Sweeter than Birdsong ws so descriptive and well written that I actually felt like I was a part of the book. If every Historical Fiction book was as well written as this I think I would really enjoy the genre.

Dr. Oetker Pizza

As a Bzzagent I have gotten to try some very fun products. I was so excited when I got invited to the Dr. Oetker pizza campaign. My family and I love pizza, both from a restaurant and frozen. I am always looking for new frozen pizzas to try and this one was a hit. Dr. Oetker pizza has been a favorite in Europe since 1985 and it has finally come to the USA. This pizza has a delicious crispy crust topped with very fresh ingredients for a frozen pizza. There are six flavors and my local Shop Rite actually had all six. The flavors are Mozzarella, Spinach, Funghi (mushroom), Quattro Formaggi, Vegetable, and Speciale (Pepperoni and ham). I have not tried all six yet but I did try three of them. We had the Mozzarella, Speciale and Spinach. I loved all of them as did my husband. My boys loved the spcial and mozzarella but left most of the spinach for us. If you are looking for a new fresh tasting frozen pizza Dr. Oetker would be a good one to try.

January Cravebox

This month's Cravebox was titled The 2012 Vitality Box. This was a great theme for me since my New Years Resolution was to finally shed some of my baby weight. This Cravebox had five products in it. The products were

I was very impressed and pleased with this month's box. I love that most of the products they send are fullsize and the value of the boxes well surpass the $10 a month I pay for the box. My favorite product by far was the S2H step pedometer. This was a great product to help me with my New Year's Resolution. It is so easy to clip on and then you just go about your day. The STEP tracks all of my activity and then I easily upload it to earn points.
